Kemtron cut most flat gaskets to shape using modern technology, we have two reciprocating knife cutters with bed sizes of 1000mm x 1250mm.

Form in Place
Form-in-Place electrically conductive silicone compounds are mixed in a planetary and centrifugal non-contact mixer for use in our Form-in-Place (FIP) conductive elastomer gasket deposition robots where we deposit electrically conductive gasket beads directly to our customers hardware Conductive or non conductive elastomer silicone compounds are deposited as a gasket directly to the enclosure by XYZ CNC technology.
Kemtron produce extruded electrically conductive silicone and fluorosilicone profiles.
Product and Component Testing
Kemtron recognises the importance of quality and consistency in electrically conductive elastomer manufacture.
Kemtron produces many of its mould tools and extrusion dies in house by our experienced tool makers which gives us the flexibility to offer fast turnaround times on custom mouldings and extrusions.
EMI Vent Panel Manufacture
Part of the process in manufacturing or Aluminium honeycomb EMI ventilation panels is welding of the aluminium frames.
We have a wide range of disciplines including silicone rubber compounding, extruding, moulding, metalwork and fabrication. Kemtron uses the principles of lean manufacturing and has adopted flexible process flow through all of our dedicated production cells. All our systems comply to BS EN 9100 and this underlies our approach to supplying the highest quality products in a cost effective manner on a timely basis.
