Kemtron produces many of its mould tools and extrusion dies in house by our experienced tool makers which gives us the flexibility to offer fast turnaround times on custom mouldings and extrusions. Most mould tools we make are flashless enabling us to optimise material and eliminate extra labour and processing associated with traditional tooling. Our skilled engineers also maintain Kemtron’s production machinery through a program of scheduled maintenance ensuring production continuity.
